Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in store or online, items may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt. Store credit will be applied in the full purchase amount in the form of an electronic gift card.  Please email us at stephanie@wearalibi.com for a return label to be emailed to you if needed. Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or exchange, final sale only. 

Items must be received in store within 14 days from purchase. The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition, including all attached tags. Accessories, swimwear, undergarments and any discounted or sale items are final sale.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the care of an item, i.e. dry cleaning, washing or wear.
